Fear can affect everything in your life, including your health. I can only speak from personal experience and would never share anything that I didn’t think would be helpful to others.
- Acknowledge what it is that you fear. (Ask yourself what is that one thing that has me bound or afraid to tackle head on.
- Look back and see if you can identify what has caused this.
- Pray and ask God (or whom and whatever you believe in) to give you clear understanding so that you can forgive.
- Continue to take steps towards forgiving yourself and if it’s not for you forgive others.
- Talk with someone to who you can confide in and maybe find a prayer partner or a group.
- Make a conscious effort of allowing God to take care of you and your Fears.
Whatever you do just make sure that you don’t allow FEAR to keep you from pushing forth in life.
